Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape content at scale, upload malware, impersonate others, or submit fabricated, plagiarised, or undisclosed AI-generated work.

Author warranties

By submitting, you warrant that the work is original, that all listed authors have approved submission, that you have the right to share any third-party material included, and that the work is not under consideration elsewhere.

Licensing of accepted work

Unless stated otherwise on the article, accepted articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. Authors retain copyright. AJESI is a Diamond Open Access journal — there are no submission fees and no article processing charges.

Intellectual property of the platform

The AJESI brand, site design, and editorial materials are the property of ASIN. Published article content is governed by its own licence (typically CC BY 4.0).

Disclaimer

The site and editorial services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASIN disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or our publication ethics. You may close your account at any time; certain records will be retained as part of the scholarly record.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ASIN is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
